We can customize ANY of our products, often times at no additional charge. After placing your order please send an email to orders@nokapothecary.com to request your desired formulations. You can also leave a note in the Details Form in your Shopping Cart or Contact Us.
Shipping
WE DO NOT KEEP INVENTORY IN STOCK!!
In order to preserve the freshness of our products, we do not keep inventory in stock. Our Production cycle begins on Thursday of every week, and we ship on (or before) Tuesdays. We DO NOT CHARGE for expedited shipping. If you need your items sooner than our regular production schedule permits, let us know and we will gladly accommodate requests for expedited shipping, when permitted by our current order volume.

Exchanges
We know that it’s tricky to find the right Product sometimes so we have a fairly Flexible Exchange Policy. Generally, we Permit Exchanges within 14 days of Purchase for any reason. We charge a nominal fee of $2.00(USD) + Any Additional Shipping charges. However, you can avoid the charges if you perform your exchange in Person at any of our Events. Return + Refunds
In general, since our Products are PERISHABLE + MADE TO ORDER, We DO NOT GIVE FULL REFUNDS. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with your product we will remit a partial refund, based upon our costs and excluding shipping.
